Tear Across Center of Program and Preview Outputs

Problem: The program and Preview outputs exhibit a tearing across the middle of the screen. The image on the other bus may also be showing through on the tear, i.e., on the program screen, the image on the preview bus is visible in the tear. The pixels across the centerline on the RGB screen may also be tearing one direction or the other.
